This Subscription Policy governs all subscription-based purchases made on the Nexelio website.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Minimum Commitment

All subscriptions require a minimum commitment of two (2) billing cycles.

You may cancel your subscription only after your second successful payment has been completed.

No early cancellations or refunds are permitted before completion of the two-cycle minimum.


2. Billing & Renewal

  • Subscriptions are billed automatically at the frequency selected at checkout.

  • Your payment method will be charged securely unless the subscription is prepaid.

  • Subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled after the second billing cycle.

You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information remains valid and up to date.


3. Subscription Quantity Adjustments

To keep subscriptions simple, cost-effective, and operationally stable:

  • Any subscription order placed with a bundle quantity greater than one unit may be automatically adjusted to two (2) units per cycle starting with the first subscription rebill, if the original order contained more than two units.

  • Adjusted units are billed at a discounted price of $48.88 per unit.

4. Product Selection

If a subscription is adjusted by Nexelio:

  • We will continue shipping the first product or flavor originally selected at checkout

  • Changes can be made through your subscription portal or by contacting customer support


5. Cancellation Process

After completing the minimum two (2) billing cycles, you may cancel your subscription by:

  • Using the subscription management link provided in your order confirmation emails, or

  • Contacting our support team at 📧 naturalis@mailsire.com

Cancellation requests must be submitted before the next scheduled billing date.
Requests received after billing has occurred will apply to the following cycle.


6. No Refunds

  • Subscription charges already processed are non-refundable

  • Shipments already processed, shipped, or delivered are not eligible for refund

  • Cancellation stops future charges only


7. Chargebacks & Disputes

Any attempt to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute before completing the required two-billing-cycle minimum constitutes a violation of this Subscription Policy and our Terms.

We reserve the right to contest all such disputes using:

  • Proof of subscription terms acceptance

  • Checkout agreement records

  • Billing and delivery confirmation


8. Modifications to Subscriptions

We reserve the right to make reasonable adjustments to subscriptions when necessary to:

  • Prevent billing failures

  • Maintain service continuity

  • Ensure system compliance

Customers will always retain the ability to cancel after the minimum commitment has been fulfilled.
